1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the PairPlay mobile application ("App") or website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and PairPlay ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Eligibility & Account Security

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use PairPlay. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

3. User-Generated Content & Licensing

3.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of any text, images, videos, or other materials ("Content") you upload to PairPlay.

3.2 License to PairPlay

By posting Content, you grant PairPlay a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the Content in connection with the Service and the Company's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.

3.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload Content that:

  • Is illegal, pornographic, abusive, or non-consensual.
  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Harasses, bullies, or intimidates other users.

We reserve the right to remove any Content at our sole discretion without notice.

4. Code of Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App.
  • Use automated scripts or bots to collect information from the Service.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

5.1 Payment Processing

PairPlay offers premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions. Payments are processed securely via Google Play Billing (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). We do not store your financial data.

5.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

5.3 Cancellation Policy (Crucial)

Uninstalling the PairPlay app DOES NOT cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription through your respective App Store settings (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). If you uninstall the App without canceling your subscription, you will continue to be charged.

5.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled directly by Google Play or Apple according to their respective refund policies. PairPlay cannot issue refunds directly.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

7.1 "As-Is" Service

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. PairPlay makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein.

7.2 No Professional Advice

PairPlay provides relationship suggestions and activities for entertainment and self-improvement purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional couples therapy, medical advice, or psychological counseling.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PairPlay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any content obtained from the Service;
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
