2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

PairPlay is strictly intended for adults only.

  • The app is 18+ only.
  • Minors are not permitted to create accounts.
  • Age confirmation is required before account creation.
  • Accounts found to belong to minors are removed immediately.
  • If we discover that a minor has provided personal data, such information will be deleted without delay.

We restrict PairPlay to adults and take steps to enforce this restriction:

  • We require users to provide date of birth and confirm they are 18+ during onboarding.
  • Users can report accounts they believe belong to minors.
  • If we identify an underage account (including through reports or review), we terminate the account and remove associated data where technically feasible.
  • Parents/guardians may contact us to request removal of a minor’s information.

  • Photos & videos: Collected; shared with Cloudinary (service provider) for media storage and delivery.
  • App activity: Collected; shared with Firebase (Analytics) to understand feature usage and improve the app.
